Tatton Consulting supported Southwark-based digital health coaching company Holly Health in its successful application to Future Economy Investor Partnerships SME: round 2, awarded £323,310 by Innovate UK for the project Holly Health: Personalised, scalable health coaching intervention for patients living with hypertension, anxiety and/or depression.

About the funded R&D project

Strokes alone cost the NHS around £3bn annually, and hypertension is a principal driver. Over 30% of hypertension patients also have anxiety or depression, which undermines their capacity to sustain the lifestyle changes their treatment depends on. Holly Health, which had supported 25,000 people at the time of application, develops a coaching intervention addressing hypertension and mental health together rather than separately.
