UK registered micro, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) can apply for a share of up to £5 million to develop innovative farming solutions. This must align with private investment from selected investor partners.Innovate UK
Partnership to transform university knowledge exchange metrics
Apply for funding to partner with Research England to develop next generation knowledge exchange metrics and insights. Drive forward institutional practice and national policy by leading new data insights and outputs. The project must be based at an organisation eligible for Research England funding.Research England

Apply for funding to turn your innovative technology into market reality. You must: be a UK-registered company under five years old that is majority-owned by founders and employees
Establishing a UK Ultra-high Field NMR National Research Facility (invite only)
Apply for funding to provide a UK Ultra-high Field NMR National Research Facility (invite only). You must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for EPSRC funding. EPSRC will support the facility with a five-year grant of up to £7.25 million , based on meeting a minimum overall cost recovery target of 40% FEC.EPSRC

UK registered organisations can apply for up to £3.7 million to establish or scale regional skills initiatives for battery manufacturing and its supply chain. This funding is provided through the Battery Innovation Programme.Innovate UK

UK registered businesses can apply for loans for innovative projects with strong commercial potential to significantly improve the UK economy.

Weight management pathway design accelerator

Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, will invest up to £3 million in a design accelerator to support NHS organisations to speed up the development of novel community based patient access models that are safe, effective and resource efficient.

Contracts for innovation: FOAK 2025, personal safety

Organisations can apply for a share of up to £4.7 million inclusive of VAT, across four themes to develop a prototype, conduct field testing and demonstrate their solution. Projects can last between three and seven months and must be completed by 31 March 2026.

The ATI Programme funds industrial research and investment aid for research infrastructures to make the UK civil aerospace sector more competitive.

Farming Futures R&D Fund: Precision Breeding competition

UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £12.5 million for precision breeding of arable and horticultural crops. This funding is from the Farming Futures Research and Development (R&D) Fund, a part of the Farming Innovation Programme.

DCMS Create Growth Programme Competition 4: large projects

UK registered micro, small and medium enterprises in the creative sector can apply for a share of up to £8 million for innovation projects to grow their business. This funding is from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).

Farming Futures R&D Fund: low emissions farming

UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £12.5 million for industrial research projects from the Farming Futures Research and Development (R&D) Fund, a part of the Farming Innovation Programme.

Farming, growing or forestry businesses based in England can apply for a share of up to £2 million. This funding supports on-farm trial and demonstration projects to improve adoption of new ideas or solutions in the agricultural sector.

Future Leaders Fellowships: round 10

Apply for funding to support ambitious research and innovation across UK Research and Innovation (UKRI)’s remit. You must be an early career researcher or innovator who is either:
