About the funded R&D project
Only 12% of stroke survivors achieve complete functional recovery at six months, and most rehabilitation now happens at home unsupervised. This project adds AI-optimised spatial positioning to immersive VR motor rehabilitation, so the system adapts to how the person is actually moving rather than replaying a fixed programme.
