Tatton Consulting supported Buckinghamshire-based financial planning software company Pilot Financial in its successful application to Innovation in Professional and Financial Services R2 Collaborations, awarded £452,826 by Innovate UK for the project PILOT – a unified platform for integrated and auditable end-to-end financial planning that seamlessly integrates intelligence to support compliance with best practices and regulations. The total Innovate UK grant across all project partners was £465,798.
About the funded R&D project
Financial planning carries a compliance burden that grows with regulatory change, and much of the audit trail is assembled after the fact. Over 15 months, Pilot Financial Systems develops PILOT, a unified planning platform with a virtual assistant driven by proprietary algorithms and logic models, designed so that compliance with regulatory requirements is produced by the workflow rather than reconstructed from it. The company was founded by IFA professionals.
