About the funded R&D project
Most T-cell receptor therapies are developed against targets found in individual patients, which constrains how widely any one therapy can be used. This project works on the discovery of shared targets, present across multiple patients, and the receptors that recognise them. Shared targets are the route to precision cancer therapies that can be manufactured once and used across a patient population rather than built individually.
