About the funded R&D project
Deep Branch converts carbon dioxide taken directly from industrial flue gas into protein suitable for animal feed, targeting the same nutritional role as soy and fishmeal. This project proved feasibility of the gas fermentation process, and is the earliest of the company’s Innovate UK awards.
