Tatton Consulting supported Islington-based company FeedForward in its successful application to Creative Catalyst: AI in the Music Industry, awarded £164,935 by Innovate UK for the project VoiceID – Using advanced AI and machine learning to detect and prevent unauthorised deep fakes in the Music Industry.
About the funded R&D project
Voice cloning has made unauthorised deepfakes a live commercial problem for recording artists and rights holders. VoiceID applies machine learning to detect and prevent them. The project was delivered with Lewis Silkin and Horus Music, pairing the detection technology with the legal and distribution routes needed to act on it.
