Tatton Consulting supported Southwark-based digital health coaching company Holly Health in its successful application to Women in Innovation Award 2024/25, awarded £75,000 by Innovate UK for the project Targeting problematic eating behaviours that contribute to weight cycling and affect overall health and wellbeing through a fully digital mindfulness-based and intuitive eating approach.
About the funded R&D project
Weight management built on restriction and exercise ignores the psychological side of eating behaviour, which is why results rarely hold and weight cycling is so common. This Women in Innovation Award funds work on the behaviours that drive that cycle rather than the diet itself.
